In case you didn’t know, it’s really expensive for an airline to take a plane out of commission to perform a photoshoot. The space on a plane is very limited. You can’t exactly cut out a wall and move it around, so that’s where I came in.

I operated the Optitrack virtual camera system (VCS) which is a tool to help the photographer capture the talent at the right perspective and scale against the CG plane.  I calibrated the tracker to approximate the camera lens, oriented the CG set, and hid any objects that blocked the view of the talent.  Let’s just say Delta is my favorite airline to fly.
